Lead Rules/RRP may be delayed

I received an email today that legislation has been introduced to delay the RRP rules.

I wouldn't count on it - these people (the US house) rarely agree on much... and the premise of the bill is flawed - the classes have been available for a year already - we just did not know about them.... And the original law was signed by the last Bush's Dad... So it has been on the books for some time.... Sitting there like an eco nazi time bomb... :roll:

To make matters worse, I just read an article in the Journal of Light Construction saying the EPA may not allow some vacs (Festool, Fein, etc) because they have the ability to accept non HEPA filters. They have known about the rule all this time and are just now looking at the vacs. UUUUGGGGHHHHHHHHH
