I am a Project Manager of over 15 years and Electrical experience of 24. I had an executive coach assigned to me by HR a few years back and she had me read a couple books. At first I was like, "nope, not going to do it". I finally did and they were very good and taught me alot of management and team building lessons.

I am also reading books now for my PMP Certification. (Project Management Professional, not Pimp) They are also very helpful.
