Hey guys, I've got a resturuant customer who called with there lights not working on a led driver I swapped out 3 weeks ago. I test the input 120 ac voltage and it's correct. I test the output voltage and it's only 2 volts dc when it should be 12 volts dc, so I install a brand new driver and immediatelly it's putting out only 2 volts dc. When I got home and tested the driver that showed 2 volts dc at the resturuant but now it's normal, 12 volts dc. Any idea's? TIA

Get a known working light to connect to the driver as some drivers are load sensitive and will not produce an output without a working connected load. Also a faulty connection at the first light could lead to an open load connection which would cause the driver to not produce output.
