LED Driver Disconnect

Are LED fixtures requried to have a ballast [driver] disconnect connection in the fixture similar to the ballast disconnect devices you see in the ballast troff of fluorescent fixtures? Typically when using a step dimming arrangement (two ballast leads for 50%/100% operation] would it be typical to see two of these one for each "switch leg"??

It would be advisable. Servicing line side is equally hazardous regardless of load type so if the driver needs to be powered down for whatever reason, the person would have to do it hot, use the quick disconnect, or turn off the light at the switch which may cause business interruption on customer site.
