Led Issues

Hello gentleman.
I installed (actually retrofitted 6 LED 8 foot light fixtures) in a store yesterday. When the lights are turned off, they flicker ON THE WAY OFF. I replace the toggle switch. This did nothing to fix the problem. Anyone have any idea what may be causing the lights to flicker ON THE WAY OFF?

There is something on the circuit that is causing or letting some current flow through the led light. It doesn't take much current to make them glow.

Not an uncommon occurrence. I had a bath fan that would make the lights over the vanity glow when it was on. Only momentarily so it wasn't a big issue.

BTW, I renamed this thread from it being the poster name to Led issues.
