IMO, you need to replace the light assuming there is power to the unit

I agree.

How do you know which component failed? LEDs will fail prematurely. Also, besides the driver there is a power supply.

If it were me, I would replace the light and ask the customer if I could have it. Then I would take it home and try to troubleshoot it.

But that's just me.
 
Why on earth would you waste the customer's money on troubleshooting a $69 light fixture?! Replace it and be done.
