Led Lighting Fixture

Hello

Haven't posted a question since I retired a few years back.

My wife still works part time as a Beautician a couple days a week. Her station
is located in a room with 10 ft. ceilings.

I want to install her a LED lighting fixture and haven't kept up with the new ones.

What would be a good type for a 10 ft. ceiling or should I lower it with chains?

I would appreciate any help I can get.

I'd probably just go with a 4 foot strip of track lighting. Put 2 or 3 heads on there and use the LED PAR 38 lamps. 10 foot would be fine, no need to lower any further.
