LED Lighting Flickering

I have installed 15 recessed cans with 65 Watt LED Cree dimmable soft white bulbs. They are controlled by a Lutron dimmer which accepts CFL's and LED's. Any ideas why they are flickering about 20% of the time? Not all bulbs will flicker together, usually one or two at a time for brief periods. I have installed this same set up many times over with no such flickering. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I also saw three or four high way LED fittings flickering, one or two extinguished, while others normal in a span of about 100 meters. May be voltage problem or manufacture defects.

Does adding at least one incandescent load to the dimmed circuit change anything?
There may be high frequency current spikes that transfer to cause an effect between two or more nearby lights on a branch circuit which has a high impedance to ground at that frequency.
Maybe try a filter at each luminaire?

i don,t believe you have a Cree 65 watt bulb. My guess is that it is 9.5 watts.

Is your dimmer a three wire dimmer? By this I mean does it require a neutral connection?
