Hi,

I am working on a remodel in which the contractor placed faux beams throughout the house.

These are 2X6 Douglas fir, just for esthetics.

Now he was lights installed in the beams, swivel no less.

Anyone know of a dimmable LED puck or mini can that would be rated for direct contact with the wood, along with insulation above?

Also, in the living room the ceilings are 10' - 12' high.

This is all "old work"

Thanks for any help.
