I have installed about sixty five juno LED IC 20 recessed lights in a home and am having trouble in different areas of the house with the arc-faults tripping when the lights are switched on, the are fine with a regular breaker. I am using it breakers. Any thoughts?

Sounds like a problem with the circuit and not the breaker.

AFCI's will hold with a neutral to ground fault or a bootlegged neutral from another circuit until a load is applied.

There is a thread on this forum about a manufacturing defect in Halo cans that was revealed by an AFCI protected circuit.

LEDs probably use a switch mode current source to drive them.
If the frequency of the LED power supply is interpreted by the AFCI as an arc, this problem might be fixable by installing a filter in the circuit.
I have heard that nearby radio stations can trip AFCIs and that filters fixed it.
