LED strip lighting- what is CL 2 wire ?

Does Thermostat wire work for CL 2 wire that LED strip lights require? Thank you

Common T-stat wire is Class 2.

Not all LED lights use Class 2 wiring, however, and there are still amperage considerations.

Most questions here should really be more specific with the actual product make/model being discussed.
