Anyone ever put a transformer on the floor within a kitchen cabinet? It could be accessed by removing the bottom drawer.

Is this reasonable?

I’ve put them under cabinets, but behind a removable toe kick. The cabinet company installed the low voltage wiring and lighting and I just left whips where they showed on the elevation drawings and tied into the driver. Toe kicked popped off without using any tools. Not really ideal, it would be pretty low on the list of places I would start looking for a driver if I was unfamiliar with the property.

How is it any different than putting it up in the ceiling above the fixture?

Would not be a place that I would be looking for a transformer! I know that doesn’t necessarily make it not code compliant! Liquids spilled on counter or on floor may be a concern!

I’ve put them in the upper cabinet before. Easily accessible. When I plan on doing LED strips for lights I try to plan to put then on the top of the cabinets but when they add them last min upper cabinets would be the best

I've never put one under a drawer, but I regularly put them behind drawers. It's accessible, and I don't worry about "what ifs" - the kitchen I wire mostly have no handy place to put drivers
