LED trim that doesn't require a can

I need to install can light and the clearance is good for a shallow can ,but the siding that covers the eve won't be able to clear. Each panel is slid in a track from one end to the other.
If there's a trim (LED) that has a j box connected I'm thinking it could work.

There are surface mounted led lights that look almost exactly like a recessed light. They are about an 1.5 in. thick. They mount to a regular light box or a shallow one.

Halo and other companies make the one Buck is talking about. They need a deep box about 2 1/8" minimum.
