Installed 6 LED downlight modules in cans today along with a Hunter fan + light kit. All fixtures on same circuit, can lights on Lutron dimmer recommended by light manufacturer, fan on Lutron three speed fan control. Fan light on single pole switch. My problem is when cans are on, I turn on fan and get a tiny "blink" from cans, also when I change fan speed. I'll have to troubleshoot this on Monday, just wondering if anyone has had similar problem. I'm guessing its the fan switch or maybe the fan itself

You may be seeing a strobe effect from the fan. The IT guy borrowed my LED Maglite to check the innards of the computer he was working on, and suddenly I hear a naughty word. Looked like the cooling fan had failed. But I'd seen this before. I told him to move the light away. In the ambient illumination it was clear the fan was running. It's speed happened to be the same as the light's chop frequency, hence the stop-motion effect. Maybe you're getting something of the same here?

My guess, loose connection robs circuit of power when other loads start. Bad service neutral can do this.
Lights may blink when fan starts or speeds up, if motor locked rotor current pulls everything down while starting.
If my 15A load-test shows over 9-volts dropped on #14, there's a problem. Your tester may be different.
