LED wallpacks cycling

Fairly new installs, trying to troubleshoot without getting up to each one, (exterior, hard to reach). Any info on why these things might be cycling? They have photocells, the photocells are not causing the cycling, dont want to just demo what has to be expensive fairly new fixtures, thanks for any insight

Did you by pass the photocells. Shay type of light.... HID, LED, Fluorescent,etc

LED's...next step is to get up to each one but I was hoping for some clues beforehand

Thanks Dennis, two of the fixtures are the big RAB 1000 watt equivalents with the twist lock PE's. It's awesome to have to lift the durn thing up off its mounting post and disassemble just to de term the PE, but that is what it took, and that is the issue...whatever contractor installed these like this took advantage of Ball Corp....

Actually was hoping someone would comment something like oh yeah those LEDS'
