We installed around 20 LED Par 38 bulbs. There are 3 banks of lights on 3 different circuits on 3 different sub panels in a residence. We tried changing dimmers to correct ones and still when main bank dims in one spot on dimmer the 4 lights far away on another single pole switch pulsate. We've call lutron and they are blaming it on cheap chinese LED's. They only approve 3 brands. Anyone run across this before ?

Note: I reposted this here as know one knows or cares about this in general section. It's becoming a nuissance problem now

Yes and No,
Do they flicker without the dimmer?
Are these some off brand LED or a Name brand?
Are these in fact dimmable.

Which Lutron are you using? The DVCL 153 has not turned out to be a universal LED dimmer
Not all lutron dimmers are compatible.

Yes, you must be very careful to match the LED lamps with the correct dimmer switch. Lutron and other manufacturers usually have compatibility lists for LED lamps to be used with their dimmers.
