legrand adorne system

This is the first time I have seen Legrand Adorne kitchen under-cabinet system and it appears to be supplied by (2) circuits and it contains both lighting and receptacles. It's a listed product but also appears to violate 210.52(B)(2) by supplying both lighting & receptacles.
Anyone had experience with these units ?

Isn't the wording of 210.52 something to the effect of ..minimum required receptacle outlets, meaning once that is met, other circuits that have receptacles and lighting are ok? So I wonder if the legrand system is meant to supplement existing wiring which already satisfies the above..maybe they state that somewhere in the directions? Something tells me it can't be used instead of the required outlets.
