Im specifying an emergency generator with level 1 category per NFPA 110.
The service is over 1000 A and over 150 volts line to ground.
is it required to install the emergency equipment in a separate room per NFPA 110 article 7.2.2?
is it also required that that room complies with the space requirements per NEC 70 article 700.10(D)?
Any exceptions that allows you to install emergency equipment in the same space of normal equipment?
