LFMC 45 and 90 degree connectors

A few questions:

1. Do 45 and 90 degree LFMC fittings count toward the 360 degree max?
2. How do they comply with 300.18(A)? It says:

Where required to facilitate the installation of utilization equipment,
the raceway shall be permitted to be initially installed without
a terminating connection at the equipment.

but seems our use of 90 degree fittings usually isn't really to "facilitate the installation of utilization equipment"

3. Can I pull thru these fittings? Sure you dont want to pull thru a small 90, but what about say a 3" or 4" 45 degree where the conduit is significantly oversized?

For the smaller 90's say 3/4" I would run the wires long and then push thru fitting. A 45 might be able to pull thru with stranded wire. Not sure on the larger fittings
