I need to go from 1.5"to3/4" metal threaded Reducer to 3/4"LFMC what is proper way? Is it ok to just remove the locknut and screw the LFMC connector into the reducer?

That big of a change id put a threaded
c-body fitting between the 2.

Reducers are made for this purpose so that is what I would use.
So a RB has NPT and a LFMC connector is male NST, do some electricians just rely on the seal that comes with the connector? Also I see the mention of using a C conduit body,
wouldnt the NPT threads and NPS in the conduit body be the same issue? or am I missing something.

So a RB has NPT are the LFMC connectors Also NPT, I always run a GEC, just want to bond the LFMC in a wet inside location.
