LFNC Usage Permitted?

Question if LFNC can be used:

Indoors as an end connection between a PVC conduit run and fixed equipment. This is being done so that the PVC conduit does not have to be bent at funny angles. No flexability required.
 
It's open to interpretation but if you cannot really get the rigid conduit installed then IMO you can use the LFNC due to 356.10(A).


356.10 Uses Permitted.
LFNC shall be permitted to be used in exposed or concealed locations for the following purposes:
FPN: Extreme cold may cause some types of nonmetallic conduits to become brittle and therefore more susceptible to damage from physical contact.
(1) Where flexibility is required for installation, operation, or maintenance.
