What is your gross income, is it E&O or yearly renewal type of policy, and what is the extended libality if any, it is not just the area of the country that makes up the rates.
Our commercial accounts, will not accept a policy that runs year to year without E&O. also we never had a liability policy issued without listing gross, and operations. When i said limited liability, i was not talking about extended liability such as umbrela coverage. What is your exact coverage, you can get $1Mil for as low as $800 and not be properly covered. Contractors insurance is not the same for any one contractor.
