I have a ohio license which is ICC lazor grade tested, Now I have all ready found out that I can get a KY license just by paynig a fee (same testing company) but i have been ask to bid a job in WV and can not get any info just a answering system that I have left several messages on at WV job and labor division, so my question is will WV accept a ICC lazor grade journmay or do I have to take the test again there, and also how may ststes will take ICC testing and how many do not?
