I need to do some electrical maintenance work on the beef plant in Minnesota.
Do they require a Licensed Electrician in this state?

If your not licensed why are your trying to do electrical work? Or if you are hiring an electrician why not have a licensed qualified person do the work? Most states require that when doing electrical work in a commerical or industrial site you have to be a licensed contractor. If your caught most states impose a fine on you. Personally I feel they should impose jail time and the fine should match the cost of a qualified contractor to remove what was installed and make sure it was installed correctly. If you punish these people hard this type of problem would soon go away.
