Life Safety Rated Relay

In my opinion, despite the name of the company, they do not look like what I would call a relay rated for life safety applications. They say "General purpose relay modules for simple, reliable add-on system requirements"

If you only know one name, then that name should be Pilz.

Do you mean for egress lighting? Bodine Ballast makes a couple.

Lighting Control and Design also makes one, and so does LVS.

Or are you talking about a NFPA 99 application for life support equipment?
