Light fixtures near attic access

Is there anything in the NEC about how close a light fixture can be from the attic access door in the cieling in a closet? Im installing a small single tube flourescent on the wall above the door in a closet. The attic access door is directly above in the cieling. Thanks

No there is no rule just bad design. I have a very similar situation on a job I am doing right now.
