Light lift

Anyone in NJ, what do you usually charge for the install of a light lift and chandelier? Just curious. Do you go T&M or a flat rate?

I get between 1500-2000 it depends on the model lift you are using. The installation of the lift isn't to bad but the adjustment of the canopy is a pia,and if you have to install a medallion then it is really a treat.
