Light Meter

I am trying to find a light meter for measuring foot candles for several lighting jobs I have done, and I am having trouble finding one to suit my needs. I need a meter with the following properties:

1. Is accurate to 1 foot candle
2. Manufacturer supplied color correction factors for different light sources, including metal halide, high pressure sodium, fluorescent, etc.
3. NIST-Traceable

Any reccomendations would be helpful. Thanks!

That manufacurer is not the most reliable when it comes to providing data, we already tried them, thanks though.

I've got the Extech 401025 on my desk. Don't see where it has the color correction factor. But light output is light output. The color correction is the perceved lighting levels.

That meter only is accurate down to 10 foot candles, we need one that is accurate to 1 foot candle.
