Can the conductors feeding 277v lights, and 120V rec. on pole lights be run in the same conduit, considering both ORIGINATE from seperate services? Common sense would say no, but I can find nothing in the code preventing it.

Most building wire is rated 600v, so yes, they can be in the same raceway. Just use a completely different color scheme for each system.
