I can't seem to find where wiring for a 3-way switch is allowed in addition to a branch circuit or feeder. Did I dream this, or could someone point me to it?

I had looked all over that and didn't see it. But I looked again and found it. It is listed under "Different Characteristics"
225.30(D) in the 2017
