Hanging a lighted mirror. This one has an outlet on the inside and an on off / defog button. so not on a switch. This should be on the bathroom GFCI circuit correct? Is it allowed on the bathroom lighting circuit?

I would wire it to the load side of the bath receptacle.

I think you could only do that if you were utilizing the single bathroom exception. If you had other bathroom receptacles on the circuit as permitted by the NEC, you couldn't have any other outlets on the circuit.
