After the contractor finish the job
the fixtures in the hallway area have some discrepancies and are as follows:
The 3 conductor wires (2 hot and a neutral) providing power to the 277 volt fixtures in the hallway area, have a voltage potential between conductors, 2 of the conductors line to neutral measure 277volts while the other line to the same neutral measure 120 volts. Aparently the lights work fine
does this create a Hazard? if so what type?
The contractor did not follow the color codes per NEC
does this make a difference?
