Lighting Contactor Sizing

There is a 150A breaker installed within a main distribution panel that feeds a lighting contactor rated for 135A which then feeds a panel board with a 150A main circuit breaker.

Is this acceptable? I wouldn't think so but, I can't find the NEC code section for contactors.

It's acceptable as long as the calculated load is 135A or less and the conductors have an ampacity of at least 126A.
