People go to a lot of effort to PM when they could just post a question for themselves:
I would direct you to the manual, http://www.geindustrial.com/publibrary/checkout/Installation and Instruction|DEH-40460|PDF, particularly figure 6. It seems you might not be wiring a control switch right, or no control switch at all. If you're just switching coil power, you might need to jumper P2 and P3.
