I have a lighting control panel with 4 modules each fed by a 20 Amp 120v circuit, for a total 0f 8 circuits for the enclosure. The Enclosure is connected to a panelboard with EMT. We pulled a #10 EGC. Is that big enough? Are bonding bushings required?

Re: Lighting Control Panel

As Jim said the 10 AWG is large enough. :)

You find that out in Table 250.122 you will also find that the equipment grounding conductor is never required to be be larger than the circuit conductors supplying the equipment.

12 AWG would have been acceptable or you could have left it out all together and used the EMT as the grounding conductor. 250.118

The bonding bushings would only be required for circuits of over 250 volts to ground and if concentric knock outs where used that are not listed for the purpose of grounding. 250.97

In short, if these are 120 volt circuits you do not need bonding bushings.

All of that is code minimum and there is nothing wrong with going beyond minimum. :)
