Looking at a new project and the lighting plan shows only ceiling mounted occupancy sensors yet the note says "all interior lighting to have manual on/auto off lighting control". :?
How does one acheive that with no wall switching?

I would assume the designer just didn't bother to show the wall switches, and you are supposed to add those in and locate them yourself.

most places, you need local control of lighting.

if it's something like lutron vive, you just add a pico switch...

SWD/HID listed breaker would comply. As long as the light fixtures have molex (or similar) connectors that would meet code.

Likely not the intent and they forgot local switches, with the intent being vacancy sensors.

they want you to install switches in the ceiling then change order them to move them to the door. :happyyes:
