Lighting In Manhole

What's the best cordless option to provide lighting in a manhole for 1 guy working in there.

Guy just has to get in and put some sealant in conduits with cable...4-5 hours.

I use one of these I got at Costco. It's very bright, has three brightness levels, it's rechargeable, it can charge a phone, etc., and the swivel side lights can detach and have their own batteries and switches.
