Lighting levels for pump areas installed outdoors

Hi everybody, Does anybody know where I can find lighting levels for pumps installed at outdoors?. These pumps are part of a system of a water surplus treatment plant, and these also have control panels, valves, manifolfds around them. I find some lighting levels for outdoor equipments (50 lux - IES) , so i wonder if it is correct or maybe i should use a higher level because of the equipments around them?
