Lighting Product Help - PLEASE

I have a commercial customer (service station) who wants to add wall mounted lantern-style lights around the outside of the building. This is outside of the zones of HazLoc. The building is brick with a very wide wood fascia board. He wants them mounted to the fascia board. I think this pretty much eliminates flush mounted lanterns.

Do any or you know of a lantern style light that will attach to a round WP box and seal properly (other than a jelly jar)?
