I agree with dbuckley and you should be able to get one with voltage zero crossing turn on to improve lamp life.

If you want to do do some sort of light flashing, then you may require more complex circuitry if the alarm box does not provide what you want or need.

I have the same panel in my house and have installed a dozen in industrial locations. Use a 4204 relay output board, it plugs right into the expansion bus header. You'll need to interpoise this with a larger relay that can handle the current and larger wire. Ademco used to make an X-10 output module but it may not be available. You can program one of the buttons on your keypad to turn your lights on and off.
