Lighting whip code

My question is do lighting whips longer than 6 feet if allowed have to be supported? I’m having a little trouble finding it in the codebook it would like to know what article in section this is under if anyone knows. I’m thinking that lighting wimps over 6 feet are allowed but they have to be supported at the box and at the fixture. Thanks

348.20 limits the use and length of 3/8 flex. That kicks you over to 410.137(C) which combined with 348.20(A)(5) would allow lengths of 3/8 up to 25 feet but only if it is a listed assembly.
