BS6651 Standard for Lightning Protection does not provide any criteria to calculate the number of Air Terminals. I want to know that how to estimate the number of Air Terminals while designing Lightning Protection System for an Industrial Building.

I am not familair with that "standard", however a good rule of thumb would be that no part of the roofing area is more than 5-7 meters from an air terminal. This would be a starting point. I would check ut the NFPA 780 an/or google the terms, "Rolling Sphere Method."
