Hello,
The state of Florida currently requires lightning protection systems in 3 occupancy types (Public Schools, Hospitals, and Nursing Homes), as outlined in Chapter 4 of the Florida Building Code.
I am trying to identify other states and local jurisdictions that have lightning protection requirements. If so, what occupancy types are included and what is the requirement? Please reference code sections, statutes, or any other documentation.
