Article 250.106 requires that the lightning protection system on a building must be bonded to the grounding electrode system of that building but no size requirements are given. Any suggestions?

It is not within the scope fo the NEC to provide details or installation requirements for lightning protection systems. I fee you have two options,

1. Utilize the NFPA 780 to design and size the intersystem bonding.

2. Consult an LP engineer / deisgner.

I didn't mean to imply you are wrong. The size of the conductor used to bond the systems utilizing the sections you mention may be and are likely more than sufficient save any extreme circumstances.

I meant to only to clarify that the NFPA 70 is not the book for the job...

Thank you sir, so while the codes I cited may, or not, be sufficient: NEC "minimum safety"; it is best for a person to seek additional advice regarding this install. Good advice.
