Lightning Protection System

Good, morning, Does anyone know who has jurisdiction over the installation of a lightning rod protection system on a building and if and where to get certified?

Jurisdiction would be the local AHJ if they do that sort of inspection. In many places it may be the Owner or the EOR if the local authorities do not claim jurisdiction. UL and the Lightning Protection Institute (LPI) are two organizations that will provide a third-party certification.
