Lightning Protection System

Can anyone point me to a good web site or other information on lightning protection? I have seen some systems where the roof top air terminals are tied to a grounding electrode that is seperate from the building. Other systems are tied to building steel and the building ground bus. Any pros, cons,or information is appreciated. Thanks

NFPA has a standard on lightning protection systems, I think it is NFPA 780.

That should be available for viewing on their website
