Lightning Protection

I'm trying to get a UL Master Label for a building that primarily house diesel generators.
The vendor is saying "UL will not issue master labels to any structure housing explosives or generating electricity"
Does anyone concur or disagree?

I cannot say that I've heard of such a thing because the Master Label pertains to the lightning protection system, not what's housed in the structure. Below are a couple links which may help. The first link is to the UL Lightning Protection Service brochure and it has contact info on the last page. The second link is to a document which mentions third-party inspections for certain types of facilities (See the section entitled "Service Overview" on page 1)
