Hello,
I'm sure others encountered this before. This is the first for me. I changed out an old electrical service with a new meter base, mast, weatherhead, wiring from the weatherhead to the main panel. The homeowner said his lights were flickering in his house before I changed out the service and now a day after completing the job, he said his lights started flickering again. All of my connections were tight from the meter to panel and the poco installed their barrel crimps on the drop. When I completed it, the voltage measured 250 across phases and 130 to ground which is higher than user especially when the pole transformer is at least 200 feet away. I'm thinking there's a loose neutral on the utility side somewhere. Anyone have the same experience? What was outcome? Thank you.
