Lights flickering

I was contacted by a friend that told me he had two handyman workers install two led lights in his kitchen after installing the lights. The owner noticed that now his lights in his whole house began to flicker and almost seem like they lost power. Initial thoughts? Sounds like a loose neutral somewhere in the circuit. Any thoughts?

Flicker could be an intermittent connection, either hot or neutral. Could be an additional load that cycles frequently.

Your price should go up considerably on this project. He is your friend but had two handyman workers do the install. Triple the charge.
