Experiencing periodic dimming of interior lights (2+ times /hour) for the past couple weeks. Our electrical power company has been here on three separate occasions testing the meter/connections/replaced transformer at property line and monitored the electrical flow for an extended period of time. My electrician has come twice and today checked connections at the meter and interior breaker box and all appears to be OK. He thinks it might be associated with the neutral connection outside as the dimming is occurring throughout the house....not limited to any specific interior area which is controlled by separate breakers. Help!

Forum rules do no allow us to help you troubleshoot. We can answer questions your electrician chooses to post. I will only say that your inference that the problem lies outside the house has merit. But it is not a certainty. A loose connection inside the house might cause this issue as well.

That said, I am closing this thread in accordance with forum rules.
